Recognized as the year's Best Sustainable Wedding, Rukmini and Nithin's celebration was a beautiful testament to love and eco-conscious elegance. This wedding was a sincere journey back to their roots, intentionally avoiding over-the-top, modern setups. We didn't bring in decor; we built the event around nature itself.
A living tree became the centerpiece for the ceremony, and banana stems thoughtfully replaced typical floral foam. Traditional, reusable elements like brass pots, copper tumblers, and authentic stone statues were sourced from across Kerala, adding a genuine cultural touch to every corner. The entire experience was designed to feel authentic and personal, not simply copied or made to impress.
From serving food on traditional banana leaves to creating a welcome area inspired by a classic Kerala girl's room, every detail told a unique story. The couple wanted their wedding to feel like Kerala, and we made sure it looked and lived that way, too. It was an honest, thoughtful, and deeply cultural celebration that honored their heritage and the environment.
